I have suffered from lower back pain for as long as I can remember. On top of that, I was rear ended on my way to work a few years ago and some days I can't get through work without taking ibprofen. Then I saw an ads on fb to this product. I was so excited when it arrived that I layed on it longer than the directions suggested and felt extremely sore the next day. My best advice is to use this device exactly as the instructions say and to gradually get used to it. I wanted to write a review that very same day but figured I would give it a month to see how my back was doing now. I use it every morning and every night for five minutes, I've worked up to the second setting and I absolutely LOVE the feeling of laying down and stretching and hearing the little cracks of my back. The relief was immediate. Now I bring it work every day as well and it has helped me with my posture because I sit at a desk for 8+ hours and this gives me the support that I need. I really need to purchase another so I'm not hauling it to and from work everyday. What are you waiting for?? Experience the Magic!

I've had lower back pain for years stemming from a driving job I had back in 2001; Due to aging and a variety of personal factors, it has gotten significantly worse over the past year. So, I've been looking for something to help alleviate the tightness in my back for months, when I saw this back stretcher I decided to give it a try - I had nothing to lose.
The first time I laid out across the stretcher, I felt the tension in my vertebrae release - it was so awesome; the pain was gone! Since then, if I put the stretcher behind me when I sit on the couch or a chair - on the lowest arch adjustment - it keeps my back from tightening up. I alternate between using it and not using it when I sit, and between that and laying it out on the floor, with a higher arch adjustment - it really helps keep my tricky back from tightening again!
The design of the stretcher includes an open space in the middle that your backbone fits between and some raised bumps on either side that kind of knead and massage your muscles along your spine. So I use the stretcher as a, well, back stretcher - but I have also done sit ups, curls and leg lifts with it supporting my lower back on the floor as well as using it to support my back when I sit. Being able to adjust it and readjust it helps a lot!

I like this product alot i do wish it had more than three settings. Going from position one to two is a big difference and someone with back problems may not be ready for that. So just be careful when trying it out.

I can not say enough about this back stretcher. I have had chronic back pain for over 10 years and has been getting worse with time. My upper back and neck pain was so unbearable that it�s led me to try anything available. I�ve gone through 4 mattresses in 5 years, numerous pillows, Chiropractic treatment, weekly massage therapy, assisted stretching 2x a week for months, epidural injections, CBD, inversi�n tables, you name it. Nothing has come even close to the relief that I got from laying on this. I�ve been using it for 1 week today, 2-3 times a day on the second level. The name says it all. It�s like magic. My shoulder/upper back/neck muscles get really tight. When my husband massages them he always says they are like guitar strings. Five minutes a day on this back stretcher alleviates my tight muscles. All I know is that the word 'magic' and it isn't an exaggeration. If any of my friends complain about tightness anywhere on their back, I place it on the floor of my living room, walk them over to it and kick their legs out from under them so they have no choice but to try it. It is that amazing.

I sit at a computer all day and then sleep in the fetal position. Needless to say I was in serious need of a low back stretch. This thing works great! Start on the lowest position and stay there for a couple days. It really has made a difference with my posture and low back aching all the time.

I noticed that my chiropractor puts me face down on a table that flexes my spine in an arch and I decided to try to increase the flexibility of my spine to arch. I have had this device for a few months and gradually the flexibility of my spine is improving as I hoped. Works wonderful. The bumps on it are hard and provide almost a deep pressure point massage while you lay down across it. Sometimes when I lay back it pops my back and feels really good!

Honestly I thought this was a gimmick of some kind or just another nonsense item I would buy, use once, be disappointed and never touch it again. TOTALLY NOT THE CASE. I've used it for several days now and oh my goodness it feels amazing. Especially if you use it in conjunction with a spinal / cervical pillow type thing. Honestly feels amazing. I work as a first responder so I'm no stranger to back problems. This actually does help.

I have used this product for over a month. I have a tight lower lumbar and this product really does help stretch the area. You must be patient with this product and let it sink in to the area that you are trying to stretch. A good 5 minutes is about perfect to find some relief. I keep it real simple and start with my feet on the ground with my knees in the air (arms at my side). I eventually work towards straight legs and arms stretched above my head by the end of the five minutes. This is a pretty good tool.

I wear anywhere from 20~30lb of gear on my torso when I work, for 8 to 12 hours a day, so it's not a surprise that I have developed lower back pains. Between lower back massages, chiropractor visits and inversion tables, I lie down on this for a few minutes every day and it does a great job of stretching my back muscles to reduce pain.

This thing works awesome. I am fixing my issue by not sitting so damn much at work, but when I would sit for too long, laying on this would help immensely, and only took about 5 - 10 minutes and I could walk again.
I have been having a hard time going to the second "level" but after my back issues subside, maybe I will be able to.

I really think it helps stretching out the back. I don't use it every day, but quite a bit. Seems over priced for just a piece of plastic, but if it holds up and makes my back feel better, even if it breaks, I will probably buy another.
